Invariant AI ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through invariantai.co.za (the "Site"), why we collect it, and how it is handled, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Invariant AI is a South African AI security specialist. You can reach us at yossi@invariantai.co.za.
Information we collect
The Site itself is a static marketing page. It does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own, and it has no contact form that stores data on our servers. Personal information reaches us only when you choose to:
- Book an assessment — the "Book an assessment" links on this Site take you to a Google Calendar appointment scheduler. Any name, email address, or other details you enter there are collected and processed directly by Google under Google's Privacy Policy, and are then shared with us so we can prepare for and conduct the assessment.
- Email us — if you write to yossi@invariantai.co.za, we receive whatever information you include in that email (such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message).
Third-party services
The Site's fonts and icons are served from our own website, so viewing the Site does not send your IP address or other data to font or analytics providers. The Site is hosted on Netlify, which processes standard web server logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to deliver and protect the Site. The only other third party involved is the Google Calendar appointment scheduler described above, which you reach only if you choose to book.
How we use your information
We use the information described above only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run the AI security assessment you requested, and communicate with you about that engagement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing and retention
We do not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to deliver the assessment you've requested (for example, the scheduling tool itself) or where required by law. We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information we hold against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of it, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your information has been mishandled. We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
